Packing & Sorting
Weighing, bagging, and boxing fruit in the correct manner. Sort fruit by grade, color, and size. Assist in identifying quality issues.
Shipping
Deals with packed fruit to be put on orders, stored, or transferred. Also handles incoming packed fruit. Will need to be forklift certified.
Supply
Set up a production line with boxes and other packing supplies. Making sure the production line is stocked at all times.
Segregating
In charge of strapping and palletizing boxes for storage or shipment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Receiving
Tasked with loading/unloading trucks and keeping track of received bins. Will need to be forklift certified.
Repack
Identifying quality issues. Sorting and repositioning fruit. Helping with supplies and shook.
Night Sanitation
Operating equipment and performing tasks to clean production areas at the end of the day.
